What will you do?
- Lead and oversee the project to redesign our workflow management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and translate it into innovative solutions.
- Conducting user research to gain insights to guide product development.
- Guiding the design process where you know how to engage the multiple stakeholders in the project.
- Supervise product launches, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
- Actively use Jira for project management, and apply Agile methodology for software development.
What are we looking for in you?
- Demonstrable experience in product management, preferably in an Agile software development environment.
- Strong background in managing customer journeys and conducting user research.
- Knowledge of and experience in the recruitment industry, including recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience launching products and working with tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for motivating teams.
- An innovative mind, with a passion for solving complex problems and harnessing the power of AI in recruitment.
