8vance Matching Technologies (8VMT) is a Dutch-German scale-up. 8VMT brings AI, big data and virtual assistants to the job market to make it more simple, transparent, faster and more efficient.
What are you going to do?
In your role as a Technical Support Engineer, you will work closely with colleagues from development, product management, R&D and project management from our support team. You are the first point of contact for all technical questions that come to our support department. You support integrations with our customers' environments. New and existing API customers can come to you with all their questions and you also help them analyze customer data.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you also do requirement engineering for new functionalities and contribute to technical (customer) documentation. Before a new release goes to production, as Quality Controller you cast a critical eye over it.

We are looking for a new colleague who enjoys helping our customers and who is not afraid to answer complex technical questions. You should be interested in looking into different areas of a fast-growing company. From our philosophy, we like to look at the skills and competences you have and which ones you would like to develop on the job. In addition, there are a few points that are important for our new Technical Support Engineer:
- You have a technical background and, for example, experience with SaaS
- HBO working and thinking level
- Focus on customer success
- You are communicative
- You are fluent in English
